Magnetic Separator	MAGNETIC PULLEY	Used to separate magnetic materials from various industrial materials such as food, chemical, medicine and steel, and send back structural steel, steel plate and steep pipe. Used for continuous separation by using the end part of belt conveyor as magnet. Magnetic Separator	DRUM MAGNET SEPARATOR (drum type magnet separator)	Suitable for automatically removing and collecting steel scraps and iron from materials. Mostly used to remove iron from powder materials for mining industry, ceramics, chemical, food engineering and feed industries. While causing a strong eddy current on drum surface through high-speed rotation utilizing strong permanent magnet installed in drum, aluminum included in conveyor return material is separated by being flicked forward through instant repelling power as it passes by. Steel material can be automatically recycled at phase 3 upon falling down at the end part of drum through magnet.

Magnetic Filter	DVMF(DRY VIBRATING MAGNETIC FILTER) (high-magnetism dry magnetic filter)	Used for silica, mica stone, food, ceramic material, secondary cell material, etc. Mostly used to remove iron from minerals such as alumina, talc (talcum), silica, zircon powder, etc. Separates fine iron in ppm unit upon product becoming strong magnetic substance when passing the matrix installed.
Magnetic Filter	WET MAGNETIC FILTER (high-magnetism wet magnetic filter)	Used to remove iron, steel scrap mixed within liquid materials such as waste water and magnetic roasting object in the areas of ceramic materials, soil, coal, silica, mineral, chemical and iron making or collect good magnetic material. Used to collect magnetic materials from steel mill such as alkali cleaning liquid, rolling oil and cooling oil. Used to collect magnetic material in automotive plant such as body cleaning liquid, parts cleaning liquid and motor oil. Used to collect iron from various liquids.
Magnetic Filter	DRAW TYPE GRATE MAGNET (draw type grate magnet filter)	Can be used in 2, 3, 4 steps depending on the size and amount of iron and able to remove very fine iron smaller than 1mm. Harmless to human body since all surfaces are made of SUS304, 306.
Magnetic Filter	SLIDING TYPE GRATE MAGNET (sliding type grate magnet filter)	uitable for removing fine iron in various areas such as grain powder processing, seasoning powder processing, powder preferred food processing, various health foods processing, various pharmaceuticals processing, feed, chemical, plastic, fertilizer, ceramics and mining industry. Mostly used by joining with counterpart chute by using flange, or joining counterpart chute and wrinkled connecting pipe.

High-Magnetism Fine De-Iron Test	DVMF (high-magnetism dry magnetic filter) Test	Able to test using test product before purchasing and research purpose test equipment at the site of HyungSung Industries for DVMF (processing amount 150Kg/h (active material)). Able to perform gauss-specific de-ironing. Various types of filters are available to allow optimum material production with no heat generation through cooling device. High-quality materials can be produced in 20,000 GAUSS condition.
